Valisa Ann Wynn”Lisa” was born April 3rd , 1968 in Texarkana, TX to Lillie Ree Smith and the late Grady Lee Smith

She was the eldest of three Michael Ware and Derrick Smith are her two younger brothers. Valisa graduated from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in 1986. She then went on to become a Health care assistant because of her passion of caring for others. Valisa continued this profession for thirty plus years adding hospice care to her many positions until her untimely death.

In 1987 she welcomed twins Erica and Eric in 1990 she welcomed her daughter Jerlissa.

Valisa was always a joy to others no matter where she was school, work, etc.. She never met a stranger. Valisa also had one of the most contagious smiles, she always lit up the room. Her joys in life was making sure everyone was happy her biggest blessings are her children and her seven grandchildren.

She accepted Christ at an early age and was a proud member of First St.John Baptist Church in Ft.Worth,TX under the pastoral care of Bishop Kenneth B. Spears she became a greeter at the church because she loved to see people smile.

Valisa is preceded in death by her father Grady Lee Smith, step father Lamar Ashley both sets of gandparents Elige and Elvester Ware and Corine and Rosevelt Smith.

Those left to cherish her memories include her children Erica Ware, Eric Ware(Brittney) ,Jerlissa Anderson(Roderick)Her loving mother Lille Smith her two brothers Michael Ware and Derrick Smith(Jessica). Her seven grandchildren Keonte Ware, Jhayden Dixion, Trinity Williams, Kevon Thompson, Armani Ware, and Raniyah Guice. Her step sisters and brothers Larraine Slater(Steve)Donna Ashley, Kennis Ashley, and Anthony Ashley. Her good friends Jessica Green, Donnie Lee, Johnny Hutcherson and La’Chandrean Perry. Keep it Kute Social Club; and a host of family and friends.

Jesus.....I don't even know where to begin. Walking around talking to you and reminiscing. I can't believe this is real but angels really do belong to God. He has a plan beyond our understanding and you had to go. Prayers to Ms. Lillie, Eric, Erica, Jerlissa, Mike, Derrick and all your grand babies. Love you all....R.I.H.P. Lisa ♥️🙏🏾
