Sylvia Sue Stewart Talbot was born August 11, 1936 in Pampa, Grey County, Texas to John Brown Stewart and Helen Bradley Stewart. Following her birth the family relocated to Beatrice, Nebraska where she was a gifted ballerina and acrobat.

While attending high school in Beatrice she met the love of her life Charles Lee Talbot. They were married on December 24, 1952 and welcomed daughter Tanya Lee Talbot Williams of Foley, Alabama in 1954.

With her husband being a career US Army soldier gave Sue and Charles the advantages of living in places such as Germany, Alaska, Kansas, Maryland, and Fort Hood, Texas. Following her husband's retirement from the Army, they permanently settled in Edgecliff Village, Texas and remained until Charles' passing in 2014.

She was a Distinguished employee of the Federal General Service Administration for 35 years and an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Her second love in life came from being a devoted grandmother to Courtney Kyle Bogard of Bedford, Texas and great grandchildren Brendon Tyler Bogard-Gans and Jensen Rye Eubanks of Bedford Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents John Brown Stewart and Helen Bradley Stewart, and husband Charles Lee Talbot.
