Obituary

Frederick, was born in Athens Texas to the union of Theodore and Irma Gene Baxter Sessions on October 19th 1962. Frederick was the eighth child in the family of twelve.

He lived the majority of his life in the Martins Mill community. Frederick attended school during his elementary years in Martins Mill and high school in Canton Texas. As a youth and young adult he was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Martins Mill.

Frederick worked for several years for the City of Athens.

Frederick rededicated his life to Christ and became a faithful member of God’s Vision Big Rock Church. He was an active member until is health began to decline.

Freddie was a very kind heart, loving gentle spirit who showed the love of God to everyone, and his love for children was great and all the children that was every around him loved him as well. He was always looking for ways to help someone, anyone, even as his health started to fail he pressed on, if you needed him you could always count on him, he was man of his word. Be it on the phone or in person he always ended the conversation with “I Love You” and you knew he was sincere, you felt it.

He is preceded in death by his father Theodore Sessions, His mother Mrs Irma Gene Sessions, Brother James Jackson, Brother Charles Jackson, and Sister Glory D. Williams.

He leaves to mourn his passing his son Mr. Carlton Johnson, and his grandson.
